Finding the type of Service required
Gathering, analysing and acting on the relevant information in a timely effective manner is an asset to all businesses. We know our clients need a swift and practical response to their needs.
Costly reports are not always necessary and we are committed to providing estimates of fees before any additional work outside of the scope of significant assigned work has been undertaken.
Some of our Services
Statutory audits are required under the Corporations Act 2001 and Co-operatives Act 1992 to name the two main reasons.
There are other relevant regulations which also require audits for varying reasons. Our experience with industries is very broad allowing us to identify our client's compliance needs.
Within our region our client's range from Clubs through to privately owned companies and not-for-profit entities.
Generally reviews are for smaller companies including not-for-profits which enable less detailed lower level assurance for the entity.
Typically these smaller companies and not-for-profit entities come under the Corporations Act 2001 but do not have the turn over or technical needs of a larger entity in the same industry.
Some not-for-profit entities require an audit under funding agreements that would normally not require an audit.
As an example Trust Accounts (Solicitors and Real Estate Agents) and Indigenous Corporations and Funding.
This type of audit requires a very specific level of knowledge and it is important to choose an Audit Team with demonstrated experience in this area.
These are one of additional services that support our clients to create sound strategies, increased capabilities and general improvements to their day to day operations. We are also able to provide services to non-audit clients.
These services can be provided as a one off or on a recurring basis.
These services include but are not limited to:
